Advance Reservations Required
Reservations
We encourage our guests to schedule their appointments five to seven days in advance to ensure your preferred treatment or therapist is available. Same-day reservations and walk-ins are always welcome based on availability. Preferences for male or female therapists should be requested at the time of the booking. All reservations must be secured with a major credit card and telephone number. For reservations, please call 954-245-3040. Resort guests touch 3040 from your guest room.
Arrival & Check-In Procedure
For the optimal Heavenly Spa experience, we recommend that you arrive at least 30-60 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Upon check-in, get comfortable in a plush, heavenly robe and slippers. Relax with a cup of hot tea, enjoy a light superfood snack or enjoy onsite amenities.
Take Time
Give yourself plenty of time to enjoy the amenities during your visit. To ensure the maximum benefit of spa treatments and product applications, it is advised to use amenities prior to service. His and her infrared saunas are available and will relax and warm the muscles, aiding in the therapeutic benefits of massage. The women’s facility also includes access to a whirlpool. Heavenly Spa has private men’s and women’s relaxation areas as well as a co-ed lounge for spa groups and couples.
Late Arrivals
As an appointment-based business, Heavenly Spa is unable to extend, cancel, reschedule, or discount late arrivals. Arrivals with less than 20 minutes of remaining service time will be forfeited at full charge.
Treatment Attire
Unless the service description specifies otherwise, it is customary to wear just your robe to your service. You will be given the opportunity to disrobe and cover yourself in privacy. Throughout your services, your body will be draped with linens and at no time during your treatment will you be fully exposed.
Shower
A quick shower just before your massage or treatment is relaxing and washes off any salts, sand, minerals or chemicals that could clog pores when mixed with oils or other treatment products.
Communication
Prior to the start of your service, tell your therapist the areas you would like to focus on, and any areas to be avoided. During your service, let the therapist know if you feel any discomfort. Communication is the key to getting what you want out of your Heavenly Spa by Westin experience. Keep in mind that all bodywork is similar to exercise in that, lactic acid and other toxins are released from the muscles. This may cause some soreness for up to a few days.
Let Go
Close your eyes and allow your mind to be free. Breathe deeply and let the tension slip away with each breath. Remember, this is time for you.
Gratuities
For your convenience, a 22% service charge will be added to all services and upgrades. Should you have the opportunity to take advantage of a seasonal promotion or special offer, the service charge will be calculated off the retail value of service. Additional gratuities are always appreciated and at your discretion.
Deposits
A 50% deposit with the credit card you intend to use during your visit is required at the time the reservation is made. The remaining balance will be collected at the time of the visit. We regret the system is unable to accept gift cards or guest room charges for deposits. If you have a gift card, the deposit will be refunded to your credit card at the time of checkout day of the visit.
Online Booking Errors
Online booking is available for guest convenience. In the event an error was made such as therapist gender preference or service date, you are responsible for requesting the change no less than 24 hours prior to service. If you made an error that affects the current day’s schedule, a 15-minute grace period (from the time of transaction) is provided to notify the spa by text or email of the intended date/time. Otherwise, service will be provided and charged as scheduled.
Last Minute Illness
For after-hours emergencies, please text 786-607-6725 or spa@westinflauderdalebeach.com. Failure to communicate an illness two or more hours before your visit will result in full charge.

Cancellation Policy
If your plans change, any deposits made will be refunded if you cancel or change the appointment at least 24 hours in advance of the visit, or per the group agreement terms. Please note your bank may take up to 7 business days to show the credit on account. Same-day appointments are non-cancellable. In the event you do not show up for an appointment or cancel within the required time, the remaining balance of scheduled services including full service charge will be charged to the card or room on file. Pre-paid services are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation, and the remaining service charge balance will be charged to the card on file.
Gift Certificates
Give the gift of priceless serenity and stress relief to someone you care about. Heavenly Spa by Westin gift certificates are perfect for any occasion and are available for individual treatments, spa packages or pre-determined denominations. All gift card sales are final and non-refundable. Heavenly Spa by Westin is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Due to online fraudulent activity, a 30 day waiting period is required to redeem gift certificates purchased online.
Parking
Valet-only parking is available at the main resort entrance. Non-hotel spa guests receive discounted parking at a rate of $5 for up to 5 hours, which is validated at the time of checkout. The regular day parking rate of $25 plus tax applies for cars parked onsite more than 5 hours. Limited metered beach parking is located on both sides of the South Tower, where Heavenly Spa is located, between Granada and Seville streets and A1A.
Heavenly Spa by Westin Policies
The Heavenly Spa by Westin is a non-smoking environment. For the courtesy of our guests, use of cell phones and electronic devices is prohibited within the spa premises. We request that all valuables are stored in your room or locker provided for you at the time of your service. The Westin and The Heavenly Spa by Westin are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items. Please note only clear bags are allowed, and outside food and beverages are prohibited. Luggage must be checked with the spa or hotel. All spa treatment prices are subject to change without notification. Our spa coordinators will assist you with any pricing inquiries you may have at the time of your reservation. For more information, please call 954-245-3040.
Minors Spa Policy
Spa facilities access including usage of spa locker rooms and showers is strictly prohibited by the use of minors. Guests ages 16-17 may schedule a facial when accompanied onsite by a parent or guardian who is also receiving a service during the same time. Minors must change in the treatment room before and after service. Massage and body treatments are restricted to guests 18 years of age and older. Salon treatments are available for guests under 18 with parental supervision. Please note the spa does not offer a children’s menu or special pricing, nor does it have pedicure chairs designed to fit young guests. In the event a minor’s age is misrepresented, service may be declined and full charge will apply. To ensure the fullest relaxation for all guests, infants are not permitted in the spa, and children are only permitted in the nail salon, while receiving a service. Childcare arrangements must be made in advance as our staff is unable to assume the care of children; nor is the spa able to reschedule or cancel treatments for guests who arrive with children. Full charge will apply.
Payments
Cash, valid spa gift cards, Spa Finder cards and Spa Week cards are accepted. (Please note 3rd party gift cards are not valid towards discounted or promotional services). Most major credit cards are accepted, including American Express, MasterCard, Discover and Visa. Heavenly Spa is located in a popular tourist destination. Please note we take extra precaution to protect our guests and business from unauthorized credit card use. Credit card payments will not be accepted if the card is not physically present at check-out. In addition, government-issued photo identification is required for all credit card and room charge payments. Credit cards placed on file will only be charged if a cancellation or no-show fee is administered.
Day Passes
Heavenly Spa offers facility day passes for resort guests to utilize spa amenities. Passes are $25 and available for purchase at the spa based on availability. In addition, non-hotel guests may purchase a variety of resort pass options based on hotel occupancy and availability. Options include:
Resort Pass- public area and pool access only.
Resort Spa Pass- resort pass inclusions plus use of spa amenities and lockers.
Day Room- four hour day-use of guest room for two with pool and beach chair access.
Daycation- Day Room plus choice of two spa treatments: relax + reset massage or balance facial.
Resort passes are available directly through the spa or online through Resort Pass.
